We had our first PE lesson today at MI ( because we pon tang during the first time ) Our Pe teacher was a female one so it was not to demanding. We only had to run 1 round the stadium, so warm-up exercises and 20 crunches. The pe lesson ended very quickly. Then Iris and me went up to the second floor toilet to change into uniform. After changing, we went back to 1st floor. We walked and walked and we passed by the toilet. Iris suggested that we go toilet again.

We met Sijia in the toilet and she was pressing down the sink (to hold herself as she looks weak and pale) Then we felt something was wrong. She was not feeling well ! This was because they did 5 rounds of stadium and a lot of work out. She vomited out water. Not knowing how to reduce her pain, I took out my sweet and water to standby. Found out that she did not have any breakfast. Made Iris and me very worried. But she is alright now. So the next time Iris suggest going to the toilet, I will not disagree.

After school, we (Sijia, Iris, Xinying, Cheryl and me) went Ikea to have our lunch. On the way there, we played "lian zi you xi" . Upon reaching the food court we decided to order meatballs since it's the most famous and delicious (Iris said so) dish. However, I did not know that Xinying don't eat beef. In the end, she bought some fired popiah to eat. I felt so so bad because I knew Xinying since sec 2 and I don't even know she don't eat beef. It hard to put that kinda feeling into words. My heart just hurts. We walk around Ikea and went Courts later.

We sent Sijia, who lived in Woodlands to the bus stop opposite and waited for her bus to arrived.
Next we crossed the road and took bus 168 home. Upon reaching home, I messaged Xinying to say I am sorry. She then told me that it is not my fault as I don't know about it and told me not to worry. Although i felt better, I am still guilty. Sorry Xinying.

-Sometimes, we say how bad people are treating others but we did not realise that we are just one of them.
